The Role:

The mechanical engineer will be responsible for design, detailing and documenting mechanical and electro-mechanical systems used in Ultra High Purity (UHP) gas purification system products.

In this role you will:

Design mechanical components and assemblies for new and legacy UHP gas purification systems. Create concepts to be used in the development of new products. Size and select components as required to meet UHP gas purifier system requirements. Create solid models, drawings, procedures and other required documents to support development of systems. Perform and document mathematical computations and other analysis as required to support product design. Work with component suppliers and operations to ensure products meet design requirements. Assist in prototype testing as needed. Work in a fast paced highly productive environment where projects and direction can change quickly while creating thorough and detailed designs and documentation. Traits we believe make a strong candidate: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio). Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. Detail oriented and strong problem solving and decision making skills. Able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization. Comfort and ability to work within ambiguity. Prior internship and work experience a plus. Draftsight 2D CAD and Solidworks 3D CAD experience a plus. Your success will be measured by:
