16 - 20$ per hour Job Description We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate has sushi-making experience, good knife skills, works quickly and efficiently, and takes pride in keeping a clean and organized work area. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, punctual, and interested in long-term employment .

Responsibilities:

Prepare sushi, rolls, sashimi, and other sushi products Prepare ingredients and maintain food quality and freshness Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and properly Keep the sushi station and work area clean and organized Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently during busy periods Maintain consistent quality and presentation Work well independently and with a team Follow instructions and company standards

Qualifications:

Previous sushi experience preferred Good knife skills required Kitchen/food-service experience Able to work quickly and efficiently Clean, organized, and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Friendly and respectful attitude Able to work independently Willing to learn and follow company procedures

Schedule:

Part-time position. Morning hours available Additional hours may be available depending on business needs. We are looking for someone who wants to stay long-term and grow with our team .
