Milky Flakes is looking for someone with a pastry or culinary school background who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in dessert production. Our menu is currently focused on ice cream and other desserts, so this position may not involve traditional pastry work right away. However, we are looking for someone who can help with preparation, consistency, and production, with the opportunity to assist in developing new recipes and expanding our dessert menu in the future.

Responsibilities:

Assist with ice cream and other desserts production Prepare ingredients, sauces, toppings, and other menu components Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality Help test and develop new recipes as the menu expands Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Follow food safety procedures

Qualifications:

Pastry or culinary school education Strong interest in desserts and recipe development Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and take direction Previous professional experience is helpful but not required Physical demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
