May 22, 2026 44 people viewed Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details We are opening a new French Bistro in Boulder Colorado and are looking for a Chef De Cuisines to run the kitchen. This position will work closely with our owner Chef and the Culinary Director to execute menus, create new dishes, ensure that the kitchen is properly staffed, trained, scheduled and consistently executes the food and cleanliness standards. The Chef de Cuisines will also be responsible for achieving financial goals of the business. Position will require roughly 50 hours of work per week. The restaurant upon opening will be open from 4-9/10pm 7 days a week. We hope to open for lunch Friday Saturday eventually. Restaurant is set to open by June 15th and we will begin training in the next month or so.

Compensation Details Compensation:

Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
