Head Sushi Chef Stonefish Sushi — Cortez, Colorado Position Summary Stonefish Sushi is seeking an experienced, disciplined and creative Head Sushi Chef to lead all sushi-bar operations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for exceptional food quality, precise execution, kitchen organization, food safety, inventory control, cost management and development of the sushi team. The Head Sushi Chef will work the sushi line during service while establishing the standards, systems and accountability necessary for Stonefish to deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience. The successful candidate will combine technical sushi expertise with strong leadership, financial awareness and the ability to operate calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant. This individual must understand that leadership at Stonefish is demonstrated through preparation, cleanliness, consistency, professionalism and personal example. Employment with Stonefish Sushi requires adherence to all restaurant policies, food- safety requirements and standards of professional conduct. The Head Sushi Chef must safeguard confidential business information, recipes, pricing, employee information and operational records. Duties may reasonably change as the restaurant's operational needs evolve.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
