Position OverviewAs a Kitchen Supervisor, you are a key kitchen leader responsible for overseeing daily production, supervising staff, and ensuring consistent execution across events and services. You balance hands-on cooking with people leadership, problem-solving, and operational oversight.

What You ll Be DoingOversee daily prep, batch production, and station execution across the kitchenCreate production plans and prep lists based on event needs and timelinesAssign stations, tasks, and priorities for Culinary Leads, line cooks, and prep staffLead through hands-on cooking while supervising operationsEnsure menu execution meets standards for flavor, consistency, and presentationConduct quality checks throughout production and serviceTrain, coach, and develop Culinary Leads and kitchen staffProvide real-time feedback and corrective guidanceAssist with ordering, inventory, pars, and receivingMonitor food cost, waste, and portion controlTroubleshoot staffing, production, and equipment challengesCoordinate with Executive Chef and operations team on event needsLead pre-shift meetings and daily production communicationEnsure cleanliness, organization, and food safety complianceEnforce RMC policies, procedures, and safety standardsParticipate in menu development, testing, and documentationLead event execution and on-site kitchen teams when neededContribute ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and systemsFoster a positive, respectful, and accountable kitchen cultureWhat We re Looking For4 6+ years in high-volume culinary operations1 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong background in catering, events, or fine diningProven ability to lead and motivate teamsAdvanced knowledge of food safety and kitchen systemsOrganized, solutions-driven, and calm under pressureCulinary degree or equivalent experienceServSafe Certification requiredWhy You ll Love It HereLeadership role with real impactClear path toward senior kitchen managementHigh-energy events and creative environment
