Compensation Salary:

$72,000 - $78,000 based on experience Benefits Paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act Free Employee meal with shift Possibly opportunities for career growth within a multi-concept restaurant group Key Responsibilities Lead and manage BOH restaurant operations Assist with hiring, training and mentoring team members, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment Oversee labor management and scheduling Create unique menu items for weekly specials, seasonal specials, and continual menu rotation Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost management Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Handle teammate and guest concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction Follow and execute recipes consistently to ensure quality, presentation, and portion standards are met Implement and uphold performance principles expected by owners and team Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in an upscale restaurant Solid knowledge of cooking procedures, measurements, and culinary terms Desire and ability to prepare all dishes with speed, accuracy and consistent presentation Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams Ability to work 40-50 hours/week on average Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs., able to bend, reach, twist and have continual use of hands and arms.
