• Balanced Life Job Summary Responsible for a specific area (station) of the kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency during prep and service.

A Station Chef supports the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and often mentors junior cooks. Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the assigned station: prepping, cooking, timing, and plating dishes to the highest standards. Supervise junior cooks and ensure they follow recipes, portioning, and food safety guidelines. Monitor taste, temperature, presentation, and uniformity for all dishes from the station. Maintain cleanliness, organization, proper labeling, and rotation of station inventory. Communicate with culinary leadership about equipment needs, shortages, or quality concerns. Qualifications Skills & Qualifications Advanced knife and cooking techniques; familiarity with luxury culinary standards. Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate station activities.
