Minimum of 3 years' experience in Professional Pastry or Baking position is required. Experience with high volume scratch production of muffins, scones, cookies, cakes, and laminated dough preferred but not required. Must be organized, efficient and dedicated person looking for a long-term position in a growing scratch-made bakery. Responsibilities Prepare a wide variety of artisan breakfast pastries, desserts and cakes all by hand. Use sheeter to laminate and shape viennoiserie products Follow established written recipes Work with great attention to detail.
