We are seeking passionate, experienced hospitality professionals excited by the opportunity to join a new restaurant from the beginning and help establish the culinary standards, culture, and team that will define Quello.

Executive Chef Senior Sous Chef Line Cooks Steward Quello will offer a modern approach to coastal Italian dining, with a menu centered around pristine seafood and crudo, handmade pastas, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtfully prepared meat and fish entrées. We are looking for culinary professionals who bring strong technique, organization, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to hospitality and teamwork. Fine-dining experience is preferred, and opening experience is a plus. For our leadership positions, we are especially interested in candidates who have experience building and developing teams, establishing kitchen systems and standards, managing food and labor costs, working collaboratively with ownership and FOH leadership, and creating a positive, accountable kitchen culture.
