Mynx Cabaret is looking for a reliable, experienced Cook/Chef to join our kitchen team. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced nightlife environment while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and consistency. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Handle food preparation, cooking, plating, and kitchen organization Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures Manage food prep and inventory as needed Work efficiently during busy service periods Communicate effectively with the Kitchen Manager and front-of-house team Help maintain consistent portion sizes, presentation, and food quality Qualifications Previous professional kitchen or restaurant experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and punctual Knowledge of food-safety practices Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What We Offer Fast-paced and energetic work environment Opportunity for growth within the kitchen team Flexible scheduling
