Our client is seeking an accomplished Executive Sous Chef to help lead the culinary operations of one of the country's most iconic Boston hotels. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, excels at developing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences across both restaurant and banquet operations. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events Executive Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills Luxury hotel or Four/Five Diamond culinary experience Multi-outlet culinary leadership High-volume banquet production Fine dining restaurant experience Menu development and seasonal programming Strong P&L and financial management experience Experience managing payroll, scheduling, and labor controls Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills Stable career progression with strong tenure Additional Information This is a highly visible culinary leadership role partnering directly with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, develop culinary talent, and ensure exceptional execution across multiple restaurants, banquet venues, and hotel events.
