Cucina Al Pantheon is seeking an experienced Pizza Cook to lead our pizza station. This Pizza Cook position requires expertise in dough fermentation, pizza execution, and high-heat ovens. As a Pizza Cook , you will ensure consistency, quality, and authenticity in every pizza.

Pizza Chef Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage dough as a Pizza Cook , including fermentation and proofing Execute pizzas to consistent standards as a Pizza Cook Operate pizza ovens and monitor cook times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station Assist with prep and ingredient management Collaborate with kitchen team on specials and menu development

Pizza Chef Qualifications:

2+ years experience as a Pizza Cook Strong knowledge of dough handling and fermentation Experience with high-temperature ovens preferred Attention to detail and consistency required of a
