Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant energy, a keen eye for detail, and a deep love for food preparation and presentation. As a Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning to food safety, ensuring high-quality service that delights our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment where creativity and leadership thrive. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Develop innovative menus that align with the establishment's standards and guest preferences Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation excellence Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Coordinate catering and banquet services, managing large-scale food production with precision Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff and maintaining smooth kitchen operations during busy hours Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining settings with strong culinary skills and creativity Supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and food service management Familiarity with dietary department standards and dietary restrictions handling Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills Experience in banquet service, catering, and restaurant management preferred Knowledge of inventory management, food safety protocols, and kitchen operations Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us to lead our culinary team with passion and professionalism!
