Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained at all times Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to dietary needs and preferences Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served Manage inventory control and food ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize costs Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver seamless event service with attention to detail Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment Train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management Proven supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced environments Knowledge of dietary requirements and ability to adapt menus accordingly Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage shifts, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively Expertise in food production, food handling, and kitchen management best practices Experience with inventory management, cost control, and food service operations Excellent communication skills for coordinating with staff, vendors, and guests Familiarity with food safety standards and certifications required by local regulations Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation and service excellence
