Job Description
We are seeking a Head Chef with a proven history of kitchen leadership in a Michelin restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in classic cooking, menu refreshing including banquet programs, working in concert with the Executive team on operations, and juggling the competing demands of stakeholders with professional savvy.
RELOCATION TO NORTHERN VIRGINIA
Head Chef Qualifications:
5 years of experience in kitchen management or fine dining restaurant, at least 3 years as Head Chef or Exec Chef 3+ years of kitchen leadership in a high-end, high-profile restaurant Formal culinary education preferred Strong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelinesHead Chef Responsibilities:
Run an efficient culinary program Create and update menus, recipes, and SOPs in concert with leadership Update and transform the banquet program to modern standards Teach and manage Sous Chefs and Culinary team on all recipes and expectationsHead Chef Benefits:
