is a new coastal Mediterranean restaurant from the award-winning Bardea Restaurant Group, opening on Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware. With an intimate 50-seat dining room and an 8-seat bar, EZME is designed to deliver a refined yet energetic dining experience centered around bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality. We are building a passionate opening team that thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Position:

Chef EZME is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our opening kitchen team. Our menu is inspired by coastal Mediterranean cuisine, focusing on fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and precise execution.

What You'll Do:

Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and care Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station Work collaboratively with the culinary team during service Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For:

Previous line cook experience preferred (Mediterranean or seafood experience is a plus) Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
