Executive Chef - Assisted Living Facility Grand Villa of Englewood is seeking a talented and dedicated Executive Chef to lead our hospitality team at our esteemed Assisted Living facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences for our residents while providing strong leadership and operational oversight.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure high-quality dining experiences for residents Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency Collaborate with dietary and healthcare teams to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize food quality and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes professional development and resident satisfactionSkills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a hospitality or healthcare setting Culinary degree or equivalent professional training Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and nutrition standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment Passion for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming dining atmosphere for residents Grand Villa of Englewood offers a warm, supportive community dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents.
