Head Pastry Chef (Hallandale Beach, FL) - Full Time Responsible for preparation of wide range of East European desserts such as Medovik, Smetannik, Ptichye Moloko, éclairs, Spartak, Caprese, Muraveinik, Kada, Baklava, Korzinka, and Skazka. Plan and price expanded dessert menu items. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure following of standards and regulations. Order or requisition food or other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation. Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards. $73,000.00 per year. High School or GED, plus 36 months of experience in job offered or as Pastry Chef or related. Past 36 months of experience must be as Pastry Chef in Eastern European pastry cuisine such as Georgian, Russian, or Turkish or closely related cuisine.
