Duties Prepare fresh sushi, dumplings, and noodles according to established recipes and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality dishes Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations in compliance with food safety regulations Manage ingredient inventory, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure prompt delivery to customers Uphold excellent customer service by engaging positively with guests and answering menu-related questions Support the overall flow of the restaurant by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Knowledge of sushi making techniques, dumpling preparation, and noodle cooking preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and teamwork orientation Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable; retail or grocery store experience is a plus This role is paid and offers a fantastic chance to develop your culinary talents while contributing to an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
