Join our culinary team as a Sous Chef and help lead a fast-paced kitchen dedicated to exceptional food quality and outstanding guest experiences. We're seeking a hands-on leader who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about mentoring others while maintaining the highest culinary and sanitation standards. Prepare and present high-quality menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members. Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Monitor proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of professional kitchen experience; previous supervisory experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education is a plus. Food Handler or Safe Food Certification required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read banquet event orders (BEOs), recipes, and safety procedures. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
