Core Responsibilities:

Prep cooking and on site event execution cooking for catered events. - Following standardized company recipes with proper cooking techniques. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, supporting the chef in these tasks. Ensure preparations follow proper downsizing systems in collaboration with the Chef, packing and organizing as you go for weekly events codes. Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures as per company policy and food health and safety standards. Follow weekly prep lists for catering event preparations, prioritizing the event(s) of the days. Work to minimize food waste and follow FIFO practices. Maintain product consistency, including flavor profiles, in line with company and quality standards. Lead and execute catering events and supporting client tastings as required, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
