PASTRY COOK/PASTRY LINE COOK LPM

| Miami, FL $24-$27 per hour LPM is looking for a skilled and reliable Pastry Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has professional pastry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute pastry and dessert items according to recipes and standards Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation Complete prep and production efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work closely with the pastry and culinary team during service

Qualifications:

Previous professional pastry or dessert experience Experience in a high-volume restaurant or upscale dining environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work efficiently under pressure Reliable and flexible schedule Food safety certification is a plus

Compensation:

$24-$27/hour, based on experience
