Job Description
This position is based in North Charlotte, NC with the Region extending North Regional Chef - Upscale, Full Service Restaurants A growing, chef-driven restaurant group is seeking a Regional Chef to provide culinary leadership across multiple restaurant concepts and locations. This is a hands-on field leadership role focused on developing Executive Chefs, improving operational performance, maintaining culinary standards, and supporting continued growth. The ideal candidate is an accomplished multi-unit culinary leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving consistency, and partnering with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Regional Chef Compensation & Benefits $115,000-$125,000 base salary Lucrative, attainable bonus Car/ Travel allowance Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Negotiable relocation assistance Regional Chef Qualifications / Responsibilities Multi-unit, multi-concept culinary leadership experience with Upscale, Full Service Restaurants required This position requires recent multi-unit, full-service restaurant culinary leadership. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily in contract foodservice/ Corporate dining / institutional dining / consulting will not be considered. Executive Chef experience in high-volume, upscale full-service restaurants Lead, coach, and develop Executive Chefs and kitchen leadership teams Drive consistency in food quality, execution, and presentation across multiple locations Monitor and improve food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and financial performance Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are maintained Support new restaurant openings, menu rollouts, and operational initiatives Partner with operations leadership to improve guest experience and restaurant performance Analyze operational and financial results and implement action plans Experience with forecasting, production planning, and culinary systems Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills Comfortable traveling regularly between restaurant locations Scratch kitchen and chef-driven restaurant experience strongly preferred
