Job Summary:

Joey's NY Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant is seeking a skilled and dependable Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. If you're passionate about authentic New York-style pizza, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook New York-style pizzas to order using fresh dough and high-quality ingredients Operate pizza ovens and maintain proper cooking temperatures Stretch, toss, top, and bake pizzas with consistency and speed Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with prep and other kitchen duties as needed Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff

Qualifications:

1+ year of pizza making or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights and weekends Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
