ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Cook with hands-on experience in brunch, breakfast, and American-style dining to join our kitchen team. You are someone who takes pride in consistent execution, works well under pressure, and brings a positive attitude to every shift. If you know your way around eggs Benedict, griddle work, and hearty American plates, we want to meet you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and execute brunch and breakfast menu items with speed and consistency Operate grill, griddle, sauté station, and egg station proficiently Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion controls precisely Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices at all times Assist with prep work, mise en place, and station setup/breakdown Communicate with front-of-house and expeditor during service
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-2 years of line cook experience, with a focus on brunch or breakfast service Solid knowledge of American-style cuisine: eggs, griddle items, house-made sauces, and classic comfort dishes Ability to manage a station independently during high-volume service Strong time management, organization, and stamina Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler certification required (ServSafe preferred)

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour
