You may be responsible for different sections of the sushi bar, including salads and appetizers, classic rolls, specialty rolls, and other sushi items Responsibilities Prepare sushi rolls, appetizers, and related items in a clean, safe, and organized manner Ensuring all food is fresh, properly prepared, and visually appealing Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards Read and prepare orders accurately and efficiently Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar Work closely with team members during busy service hourse Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to read tickets and prepare orders accurately Strong attention to details and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn new techniques and restaurant procedures Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Previous sushi or restaurant experience Familiarity with sushi bar workflow and food preparation Basic knife skills and food safety knowledge are a plus Ability to maintain consistency and speed during high-volume service Perks Discounted employee meals Friendly team environment Opportunity for growth and hands-on/on-the-job training
