Job Description
Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda, FL Free Flowing Health is seeking experienced in-home personal chefs to join our growing team as independent contractors serving Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Applicants must have demonstrated professional culinary experience in a restaurant, private chef, personal chef, catering, or comparable professional culinary setting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated professional culinary experience required Personal or private chef experience preferred Professional, polished, and personable Discreet and respectful of client privacy Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy Excellent time-management and organizational skills Strong communication and client-service skills Experience accommodating dietary restrictions, food allergies, and specialized diets Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation Ability to work efficiently and independently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must carry current liability insurance and provide proof of coverage Food-safety certification required Ability to pass a background check Professional references required during the interview processRESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare customized meals in clients' homes Grocery shop and source quality ingredients Follow customized menus, dietary needs, allergies, and client preferences Prepare, package, label, and properly store meals Maintain excellent food-safety and sanitation standards Leave each client's kitchen clean and organized Maintain timely, professional communication with clients and Free Flowing HealthCOMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
