Responsibilities Prepare and assemble pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Operate various kitchen equipment such as pizza wood oven, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling techniques Assist with food preparation tasks like chopping ingredients, portioning toppings, and managing ingredient inventory Support the culinary team in meal preparation for catering events or high-volume service periods Follow recipe adherence closely to ensure flavor consistency and presentation standards are met Uphold cleanliness standards by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety management practices Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially within fast-paced or high-volume kitchens Demonstrated culinary experience with skills in grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques Knowledge of dietary department procedures and menu planning is a plus Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating kitchen equipment are essential for efficiency and safety Experience with food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations ensures compliance with health standards Previous catering or fine dining experience can enhance your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food production processes Join us as a Pizza Man and bring your culinary talents to life!
