Breakfast Station Chef Daytime Hours plus TipAbout the RoleEleven80 is hiring an experienced Breakfast Station Chef to join our breakfast and lunch team in South Tampa.
This is a hands-on kitchen position focused on prep, cooking, station setup, service, cleaning, and kitchen organization. Our menu combines classic breakfast and lunch items with Latin- and Caribbean-inspired flavors, including fresh-cracked eggs, breakfast sandwiches, potatoes, empanadas, rice, beans, plantains, seasoned proteins, sauces, and sandwiches.
We operate with a small team, so every person plays an important role. We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, organized, coachable, and able to work efficiently during busy service.
Schedule & CompensationTypical shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PMRestaurant hours: 7:00 AM 2:00 PMMorning and daytime shiftsWeekend availability requiredHourly pay + shared tip poolFull-time team members have recently earned approximately $200 $300 per week in pooled tips, in addition to hourly pay. Tip earnings vary based on sales and hours worked and are not guaranteed.
Kitchen staff arrive before opening for prep and station setup and remain after closing for cleaning, restocking, and breakdown.
