Job Description
Job Summary Looking for one individual that will wirk the morning/ lunch shift, and be the assistant to the chef from 7am to 3pm.

MUST WORK SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND IS NEGOTIABLE
• Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Participate in catering events as required, providing excellent service and meal preparation Requirements Proven experience in a line cook or similar role within the food industry Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods Experience with menu planning, food preparation, and meal presentation Familiarity with dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus Excellent knife skills and ability to handle food safely and efficiently Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Previous restaurant or catering experience preferred Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through your culinary expertise!
