International Chefs de Partie \u007C Riviera Dining Group Miami & Winter Park, Florida \u007C Full-Time \u007C J-1 Trainee Program Riviera Dining Group is seeking international Chefs de Partie to join our luxury culinary teams in Florida through our 12-month J-1 Trainee Program . This is an opportunity for qualified international culinary professionals to gain hands-on experience in high-end, high-volume restaurants alongside accomplished chefs, including Michelin-starred culinary leaders. Ideal Candidates 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience preferred Strong culinary skills and high-volume kitchen experience Basic English communication skills Passionate, disciplined, and team-oriented Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays J-1 Program Includes 12 months of structured culinary training Hands-on experience in luxury U.S. hospitality Mentorship from experienced culinary leaders Opportunity to expand your skills and international career Ready to take your culinary career to the United States?
