The Big Eddy Club is a member-owned exclusive club located in Columbus, Georgia with approximately 400 members. General Description The Big Eddy Club is seeking a Pastry Cook to be a part of our experienced culinary team. The Pastry Cook will work under the direction of our Sous Chef and Executive Chef to prepare food in accordance with Club recipes and standards. They must adhere to health and safety standards to provide clients with the best possible dining experience. Qualifications & Responsibilities Personal integrity Experience as a Pastry Cook or Baker Experience in Baking Bread Experience in Making Desserts from Recipes Ability to prepare all required items Good organization and time management skills Attention to detail Ability to get along well with co-workers Knowledge of sanitation principles
