ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to Fork & Vine Social recipes and standardsWork assigned stations efficiently during busy servicesMaintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion controlComplete daily prep and properly label, date, and store foodMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstationFollow food safety and sanitation standardsCommunicate effectively with chefs, cooks, servers, and other team membersMonitor food quality and communicate inventory or product needsProperly operate and maintain kitchen equipmentAssist with opening and closing kitchen dutiesWork efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detailFollow all company policies and kitchen proceduresWhat We're Looking For2+ years of professional restaurant kitchen experience requiredExperience working a busy line or high-volume restaurant environmentStrong knife skills and basic cooking techniquesAbility to follow recipes and execute dishes consistentlyAbility to work multiple stations when neededReliable, punctual, and dependableStrong communication and teamwork skillsPositive attitude and willingness to help the teamAbility to remain calm and focused during busy servicesAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when necessaryServSafe certification is a plus
