What You'll Bring To The Table Handle kitchen functions while maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, consistency, and safety. Bring strong banquet experience and the ability to execute events with confidence, organization, and flair. Contribute fresh ideas to menu development, recipes, food presentations, and culinary concepts. Be ready to jump into any kitchen station when service calls for an extra set of skilled hands. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory standards. Maximize productivity, minimize waste, and ensure resources are aligned with business needs. Maintain full compliance with Georgia food safety, sanitation, health department, and hotel standards. Deliver clear verbal and written communication to hotel leadership. Attend and contribute to hotel and department meetings, training, and operational initiatives. Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards for yourself and the culinary team. Embrace change, solve problems quickly, and perform other related duties as needed. What Makes You A Great Fit A culinary, technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred. At least two years of hands-on experience in a production kitchen. Banquet culinary experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities during busy event service. Current ServSafe Certification or the ability to obtain and maintain certification. A genuine understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and quality-control standards. A self-starter's mindset with strong planning, organization, and follow-through. Creative culinary instincts balanced by disciplined execution and cost awareness. Positive, confident leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and holidays as business needs require.
