Responsibilities Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining cost efficiency. Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth. Oversee inventory management, control food costs, and ensure accurate ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste. Implement and enforce food safety sanitizing procedures, hygiene standards, and compliance with health regulations across all kitchen areas. Coordinate catering events, banquet functions, and special dining occasions with precision planning and execution. Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, conduct staff evaluations, and handle disciplinary actions as necessary to maintain high team morale. Requirements Proven experience in food production within fine dining establishments or high-volume catering environments. Extensive supervisory experience managing culinary teams in fast-paced settings. Strong background in banquet operations, dietary department procedures, and food service management. Expertise in inventory control, cost management, menu planning, and kitchen management techniques. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and regulatory compliance standards. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture. Excellent communication skills paired with a passion for culinary innovation and hospitality excellence. $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
