This position supports the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional food quality, maintaining operational efficiency, and leading a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment. Your leadership will inspire the kitchen staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences, whether in our fine dining setting, casual dining, or banquet functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, team management skills, and dedication to food safety and service excellence. Responsibilities Culinary Leadership Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations across all outlets. Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and execution of menu items in fine dining, casual, and banquet settings. Supervise food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating standards. Lead line checks and maintain high culinary standards across all service periods. Contribute to seasonal menu development and specialty event offerings. Operations Management Coordinate production and prep across multiple kitchens and service styles. Oversee banquet food execution for private events, corporate functions, and large-scale entertainment gatherings. Monitor food inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Manage scheduling and labor efficiency in collaboration with the Executive Chef. Team Leadership & Development Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff including line cooks, prep cooks, and pizza chefs. Foster a collaborative, high-energy, and professional work environment. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Lead by example during peak service times. Quality & Guest Experience Ensure every dish reflects the brand's commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. Maintain consistency across diverse concepts—from elevated fine dining plates to artisanal pizzas and bar fare. Respond to guest feedback and adjust processes as needed to maintain high standards. Requirements 3-5+ years of progressive culinary experience, including leadership in high-volume kitchens. Experience in fine dining required; banquet and multi-concept experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cooking techniques. Proven ability to manage multiple service outlets simultaneously. Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations. ServSafe Certification (or equivalent) required. Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
