  • MDV, PTO, 401k Seeking a refined executive sous chef to help run a fine dining restaurant at a luxury resort.
Responsibilities Support the Chef de Cuisine in leading daily kitchen operations, including dinner service, private events, menu execution, and luxury guest requests. Supervise, train, and schedule the culinary team while maintaining exceptional quality, plating, sanitation, and consistency. Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, prep, and waste reduction while upholding the Hotel's elevated farm-to-table standards. Qualifications 3+ years of progressive fine-dining or luxury-resort kitchen experience, including sous chef leadership. (Michelin or JBA is a plus) Strong knowledge of seasonal, local ingredients; refined technique; and high-volume la carte service. Proven team leadership, cost-control skills, and current food-safety certification.
