Line Cook / Banquet Cook Overview Join our team and help create memorable dining experiences through innovative cuisine and exceptional service. We are seeking a skilled and motivated culinary professional to work closely with our Food & Beverage Director and Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and cook food to a high standard of quality and presentation Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and Kitchen Manager Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices Accommodate special dietary needs and guest preferences Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Bulk Prepping Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, including food preparation and cooking Experience in banquet dining, including preparation and execution a plus, but not neccessary. Previous restaurant experience required Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices Excellent food handling skills with a focus on safety and quality Familiarity with inventory management and proper handling procedures Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional dining experiences Preferred Experience in Banquet Cooking If you're driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about great food, we'd love to have you on our team.
