Job Description

Honey Eatery & Social Club is looking for a talented Sous Chef! We are a chef-owned restaurant in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, and we strive to create dishes 100% from scratch using fresh and local ingredients. At Honey, we believe in creating a positive, team-focused environment with a strong commitment to work-life balance. We are looking for a strong, creative Sous Chef to round out our management team!

What We're Looking For:

Responsibilities Include:

Lead kitchen during service Manage and develop staff Maintain Scheduling & Labor control standardss Control Inventory, Ordering & Costs (COGS) Maintain prep standards & organization Enforce cleanliness & operational standards Contribute to menu development Executing Catering Events as needed If you're passionate about cooking from scratch and want to be part of a supportive, energetic team, we'd love to hear from you! Pay is $23-25 DOE, plus tips! (Average tips are $1-3/hr) This position requires night and weekend availability! Hours of operation are 9 AM to 8 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM to 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays!
