The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who inspires and earns the respect of their team while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and kitchen performance. The Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, controlling food and labor costs, and ensuring efficient systems are followed. This role requires someone who is highly organized, systems-oriented, and knowledgeable in all aspects of kitchen management. The successful candidate is driven by excellence, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Qualifications:
