We're hiring a Sous Chef ready to step into leadership and grow into running a kitchen. This role is ideal for a strong line cook or junior sous chef looking to take the next step. What You'll Do Work the line and lead by example Support daily kitchen operations with the Chef de Cuisine Ensure consistent food quality across all stations Train and develop line cooks and prep staff Assist with prep, ordering, and kitchen systems Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards Lead the kitchen when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of line cook experience (lead experience a plus) Comfortable working all stations Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused Calm under pressure and adaptable Looking for long-term growth (not a short-term stop) Compensation & Benefits $54,000
