Sushi Bar Helper As a Sushi Bar Helper, you'll work alongside our sushi chefs to prepare fresh, high-quality food while keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Prepare sushi rice and other ingredients Prep vegetables, fish, and other items for daily service Assist with making sushi rolls Prepare nigiri and sashimi (based on experience) Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Help ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner Support the team during busy service hours
