Overview Abreo is looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our leadership team. We're looking for someone who can do more than run a station. This is a hands-on leadership position for a chef who can help lead a kitchen, develop cooks, maintain standards and systems, execute at a high level, and contribute creatively to what we do. Abreo has been part of downtown Rockford for more than 20 years. We're an independent, chef-driven restaurant with a constantly evolving menu and a kitchen that works with great ingredients, local farms, live-fire cooking, catering and special events.
