We are hiring friendly, energetic, and dependable Team Members for our Rockford location.

Position:

Team Member - Customer Service & Dessert Prep As a Team Member, you will help provide an excellent experience for every customer while preparing high-quality desserts and drinks according to Melt N Dip standards. We are looking for people who work well in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS/register Prepare crepes, waffles, pancakes, desserts, drinks, and other menu items Follow recipes, portioning, presentation, and food-safety standards Keep workstations, dining areas, equipment, and the kitchen clean and organized Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Assist with opening and closing duties Work efficiently with other team members during busy periods Follow all Melt N Dip policies and procedures Provide customers with a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable experience What We're Looking For Friendly and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Strong customer-service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to work well as part of a team Willing to learn dessert preparation and Melt N Dip recipes Restaurant, café, dessert, barista, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required Must be available for a combination of weekdays, evenings, and weekends Pay $15.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
