Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team and support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a respected and expanding hospitality group while contributing to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and hospitality. The ideal candidate is hands-on in the kitchen, passionate about consistency and presentation, and skilled at mentoring others. They will help lead a talented team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Sous Chef Benefits/Compensation:

Sous Chef Requirements/Responsibilities:
2+ years of leadership experience within a full-service kitchen Assist in daily BOH operations, ensuring food is prepared and presented to brand standards Support inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction Train and mentor line cooks, prep cooks, and BOH staff to maintain consistency and performance Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across all kitchen operations Ensure smooth kitchen workflow during service, addressing issues promptly and professionally Step into cooking or prep roles as needed to support the team during peak periods Collaborate with Executive Sous Chef and FOH leadership to ensure timely and accurate food delivery Maintain clear communication between BOH and FOH to ensure seamless guest experiences Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
