Reporting to the Executive Chef or Banquet Manager, you'll maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. This role offers a path to exciting culinary leadership opportunities in the future. Key Responsibilities You will be the culinary mastermind behind our hotel's special events, creating memorable dishes that impress our guests. Your daily tasks will include menu development, overseeing banquet kitchen staff, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will report to the Executive Chef or Banquet Manager. A career as a banquet chef can lead to opportunities as an executive chef, culinary director, or even owning and operating your own catering company or restaurant. Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus!
