As a key leader in the kitchen, you will inspire culinary creativity, oversee food production, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are a cafe that serves breakfast and lunch made with all clean ingredients. Looking for new ideas and innovative dishes to elevate the kitchen. Duties Assist the Executive Chef in developing innovative menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Lead food preparation and presentation to meet high-quality standards, maintaining consistency across all dishes. Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste and optimize food cost. Manage the dietary department by ensuring proper handling of special dietary requests and allergy considerations. Coordinate catering events and services, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional culinary experiences.
Pay:
$10.00 - $14.00 per hour
