Restaurant Executive Chef for very popular Upscale Italian Restaurant Please note: this job is located in Lubbock, Texas (relocation offered) $105,000 - $125,000 plus health, dental, vision and other benefits Relocation assistance offered - no state tax in Texas and very affordable living in Lubbock Current Executive Chef is being promoted to a more senior role within the company Company is 20+ years in business, grew 8% last year Large upscale restaurant with 300 seats indoor/outdoor and busy catering division Owner will fly finalist to Lubbock for a final interview and kitchen stage What you need: Exec Sous, Exec Chef or Kitchen manager in 150 seat or more upscale restaurant Italian cuisine experience preferred, but not required. Strong references and at least 1 year in your current role Interested in working in
