THE ROLE

As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our culinary leadership team to help lead a busy, scratch kitchen while maintaining our standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and hospitality. You'll have the opportunity to: Lead and develop kitchen team members Work alongside experienced culinary leadership Help manage daily kitchen operations and service Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation Assist with ordering, inventory, prep, and food cost control Train and mentor cooks Contribute ideas and help improve our kitchen operations Continue developing your skills as a culinary leader

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or strong Line Cook leadership experience Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong communication and leadership skills A passion for scratch cooking and quality food Someone who leads by example and takes pride in their kitchen A team player who wants to continue learning and growing
